Conclusion
In conclusion, the hypothesis was rejected. The oxygen production decreased after the elodea was put in the ice baths at 0oC and -10oC. This could be because the sucrose was not at a high enough concentration or needed to be mixed with another sugar.

Purpose and Hypothesis
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of cryogenic temperatures on the oxygen production of elodea treated with the cryoprotectant sucrose.
It was predicted that the cryoprotectant would have less effect on the elodea at the lower temperatures.
